CEO of Integrated System Technologies Limited and has over 25 years’ experience within the optoelectronics, IT and defence sectors, specifically in the application of telecommunications and solid-state lighting, with comprehensive knowledge of cluster and international trade development.

David - Projects Director

David Wellard

I joined BT straight from school in 1980 and have been involved in LV cabling ever since. I Joined IST in 2018 as Projects Director and since then have worked on countless projects in the UK and overseas. The vast array of new technologies that IST produce excites me and I love explaining and demonstrating our cutting-edge technology to all of our clients, both old and new.

Chris - Projects and Product Manager

Chris Ringwood

Back in 2013, I started at IST as a Product Design Engineer but since 2018, I have been the Projects and Projects Manager. My role is focused on the specification and delivery of complex, high technology lighting and controls projects. My role in the research and development team is product design engineering including detailed technical, BIM and CAD design.

I have worked for IST since 2008. I started as a Sales and Marketing Assistant and I am now the Marketing Director at the company.

Kelly - Head of Finance

Kelly Stirk

I have worked at IST since 2017 and I am the Head of Finance here at the company. I am responsible for all financial and administrative duties.

Lauren - Senior Marketing Executive

I am a Senior Marketing Executive who joined the company in November 2022. I am responsible for bringing a creative element to IST, creating graphics and promoting our latest technology innovations.

Lorraine - Production Team Executive

I joined IST in September 2016 after a long spell in Retail. My position was a Production Assembler when I joined the company and I have progressed along with IST to become Production Team Executive. I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of our production facility, the planning and organisation of assembly, managing stock levels and all the logistical requirements of the company.

Ambrose - Electronics and Embedded Firmware Engineer

I joined the company in 2016 as an Electronics and Embedded Firmware Engineer. I create electronics schematics and maintain existing products; I also create automated test software for product QC on production lines, also layout PCB’s and write embedded firmware where required.

Ping - Embedded Software Engineer

I have been an Embedded Software Engineer at the company since 2015. My role is focused on embedded software design and development and I write all of the advanced software and algorithms for our iDrive® drivers and control systems.

Martin - Software Developer

Martin Harris

I started working with IST in 2020 as part of a knowledge transfer partnership and was an official employee at IST as of November 2021. I am a Software Developer and a key part of my role is researching and developing cutting-edge smart building innovations in AI, VLC and indoor positioning.

Sam - Software Developer

I have been a Software Developer at IST since 2021. My role as a software specialist allows me to create and integrate industry leading programs for smart building solutions, using a whole variety of languages.

Brodie - Junior Java/JS IoT Developer

I joined the software development team at IST in 2022, as a Junior Java/JS IoT Developer. I work alongside Sam on the development of iSpayce™.

Brook - KTP Associate

I am a recent Electrical MEng Graduate, now working in a KTP Associate role as a hardware engineer for the LiDrive™. My hobbies are outdoor pursuits, cooking, music and crafting electronics.

Mitchell - Maintenance Technician

I joined the company in November 2021 as a Maintenance Technician. My day-to-day role consists of maintaining the facility, repairs and production.

Curtis - Junior Java/JS IoT Software Developer

I joined IST in March 2023 as a Junior Java/JS IoT Software Developer. I work on the development of iMune™.

I joined IST as a puppy in 2018 and initially my role was to guard the premises however through a lot of hard work and dedication, I now monitor all staff and ensure they work diligently for our clients. Some say I am the real driving force and boss behind IST’s success.

I am a hard-working cockapoo. Having joined in 2021,  my general duties include running wild around the office, taking lots of naps and making my colleagues smile. I am settling in really well and I think I’m doing great so far. Oh wait – nap time!

I joined the Barketing Team in 2022. I love the workplace and run around very excited, saying hi to everyone first thing in the morning! I work very hard at sniffing and trying to eat my colleagues food, I also love a good pup cup!
